Humans of VIDA

These lovely middle school students are working on crafting portraits in digital photo class. Using available lighting, thoughtful backgrounds and poses they practice their picture taking before selecting the best one. Next they will interview their partner and summarize the writing in paragraph format. We are taking inspiration from the site Humans of New York and exploring how we can build empathy through photography.
